Pre-production workflow redesign
I redesigned how our video projects start. A custom AI skill builds the first storyboard in Miro from the team template, so the team reviews a structured draft instead of starting from a blank board.
What changed
- One structured start — the brief and the client's brand guidelines go into a single shared template.
- Script to scenes — the script is split into scenes automatically, one frame per scene.
- Wireframes first — layout is agreed on every scene before any design time is spent.
- Production-ready prompts — each scene comes with AI prompts for images (GPT Image) and video (Seedance).
- Faster alignment — the team and stakeholders comment on the board before production starts.

E-learning production pipeline
One end-to-end pipeline for producing e-learning courses, with clear steps, tools and hand-offs from concept to delivery. It took a 30-minute course from 8 weeks of production to about 2.
From concept to delivery
- Concept — learning goals and format agreed with Learning Designers.
- Script — written and approved before any visual work starts.
- Voiceover — recorded or generated, then timed to the script.
- HeyGen — avatar presenters for the on-camera parts.
- Miro — storyboard and review with the team and stakeholders.
- After Effects — motion design and animation.
- Translation — localised versions for each market.
- Delivery — final exports for the client's platform.
